During NON-BANK hours, call SHAZAM at 1-800-383-8000 to report a lost or stolen debit card.
DID YOU KNOW? You can also temporarily freeze or block your card completely. Just log into your account on our website or mobile app and change the status of your card under User Settings / Card Control.
On the Website:
You can also choose additional options like block all international purchases and get alerts of when your debit card is used.
Traveling? Submit a travel memo to notify the bank of which areas you will be visiting.
